Audi Sport invited and their corporate leadership team from Ingolstadt, Germany invited a select list of their current flagship sports car owners from all over the east coast to experience the New York premiere of the new R8 super car in the West Village of Manhattan.
Upon entering the venue, guests were greeted by a large projection mapped cube, broadcasting a countdown clock starting at one hour till launch. The space was washed with dramatic red lighting and neon-like glows from the marque sign to set the tone for the evening. An hour into the evening's event, the cube rose over head to reveal the guest of honor the, new Audi R8.
Spirits were flowing from the featured cocktail and premium whiskey sampling bars while the music spun by the dj was broadcasted on Bang & Olufsen premium hi-fi speakers.
